HALF DAY CHAN CHAN & CEVICHE EXPERIENCE
This is a unique and exclusive experience in Trujillo to learn about Peruvian cuisine and its native ingredients and learn how to prepare Peruvian ceviche in its simplest form.
To understand our native Peruvians from the coast, we will visit the city of Chan Chan, which was the capital of the Chimu kingdom that ruled the entire northern coast of Peru from the 10th to the 15th centuries.
After our visit to Chan Chan for a 1 hour walking and learning about the fishing-based economy, we will go to the native fishing village with old totora rafts and enjoy photos to start our cooking class in ceviche and pisco.

We take 1 hours to walking around palaces and royalty evidences.
- We continue up, to the ancient fishing village of Huanchacofor a unique experineces with a ceviche preparation.
- Its prepared by reconized cheff from Trujillo with a fresh list of ingredients based in tradtional and local fish and hot mochero chili pepper. And then its time to taste everything prepared in a good Buffet lunch based in see food.
